The Deal
The ‘Open Floor Plan’ is famously the most coveted home design layout for any prospective buyers on a given HGTV show. A space for entertainment, life, stories, and community, even in a time when community seems so far away. Inspired by this energy Eric Bermudez, Andie Lerner, and Andrew O’Loughlin formed Open Floor Plan in May 2020 as an artistic home for our individual work and collaboration. We are interested in new works, exploring ways to collaborate and connecting to our communities. So far we have produced livestreamed plays from our living room, Zoom plays, short films and writing projects and we are continuing to expand our scope of artistic exploration and forms.

GET IT TOGETHER

At a house party on a cold night in January, Mary and Harold head into a spare bedroom together. He’s there to hook up, but she wants to get to the bottom of him. As the bottles empty and the night progresses, they learn to see themselves through each other’s eyes — and they don’t like what they see.
A darkly comedic look at the anxieties and brutalities of youth, Get It Together is the story of two kids learning, harshly, how to grow up.
